Update

This issue has been resolved. Policy Owners can now access their linked accounts in Invoice Cloud and view and pay invoices as expected.
An RCA will be attached to this incident.

Investigating

An issue has been reported where invoices and amounts due are not correctly linked to user accounts, resulting in users being unable to view/pay their accounts in Invoice Cloud. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as we have them.
