We are planning a scheduled enterprise-wide maintenance activity that will require a temporary outage during the designated maintenance window.
Maintenance Details Scope: Temporary outage of most internal and external systems, including key internal tools (Icentra, Magnify, Opus, Atlas), external services (Website, Salesforce, Online Quoting, OneModel), and most APIs. Maintenance Window: Friday, March 6 at 8:00 PM through Sunday, March 8 at 10:00 PM
Reason for Maintenance This activity supports a critical update to our primary application login system. The update will:
Improve login stability and reliability Strengthen authentication controls and revision tracking Enable faster and more dependable future updates Lay the foundation for future self-service SSO capabilities for policyholders This enhancement is part of our broader effort to increase platform stability and modernize our authentication framework.
Expected User Experience During the maintenance window, users will see a temporary outage notification message when attempting to access impacted systems.
